I performed a diagnostic on a Lennox gas furnace. When I started the furnace the flame sensor tripped. I pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. The furnace ran and then tripped the main limit. I checked the airflow and opened four vents that were closed. I also lowered the gas pressure, and also observed that the main high limit opened multiple times. I recommended replacing the limit.

I performed a callback on an install of a 2020 Carrier gas furnace that is producing multiple error codes. There is a splice in the low-voltage which is near high-voltage so this could be just a communication issue. At this time the furnace is operational. If the furnace starts to have performance issues she will reach back out.

I found a high limit error had appeared. I checked the air filter and found it very dirty. Once removed, system functioned better. Found issue with the outside unit, I will have to come back with a manager to work on this part.
